I bought a Tata DOCOMO sim card in Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh). When I called the self care number the default language was Telegu. I could make out nothing of it. Finally after trials, here is the way to change your language preferences.
- Call 121 from your Tata DOCOMO number.
- Wait for the Announcements to end.
- Dial 1.
- Wait for some instructions where it talks about balance and VAS.
- Dial 4.
- Now you will be provided with languages. Choose the preferred option.
